Material:
- Beef 150 grams
- Carrots 1 pieces
- Beans 4buah
- Sufficient water
Seasonings:
- Red chillies 2 pieces
- Green chillies 2 pieces
- Cabe Rawit 4 pieces
- Shallots 4 grain
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Sugar
- Bay
- Citrus Leaves
- Lemongrass
- Galangal
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- Salt
Cooking:
- The meat is boiled first until tender
- Clean all vegetables and cut - cut to size 1X1cm
- Smooth flavor

- Bersihkan semua sayuran lalu potong - potong dengan ukuran 1X1cm
- Menghaluskan bumbu
- Kemudian daging dipotong - potong dadu sambil merebus air tsb didalam panci
- Tumis semua bumbu sampai harum lalu masukkan ke dalam kuah tsb yang sudah berisi sayuran
- Masukkan daging dan sayuran masak sampai matang
- Hidangkan asem - asem daging tsb di dalam basi tertutup ( basi sayur )
