Asem - Asem Daging




Material:

  • Beef 150 grams
  • Carrots 1 pieces
  • Beans 4buah
  • Sufficient water

Seasonings:

  • Red chillies 2 pieces
  • Green chillies 2 pieces
  • Cabe Rawit 4 pieces
  • Shallots 4 grain
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Sugar
  • Bay
  • Citrus Leaves
  • Lemongrass
  • Galangal
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

Cooking:
  1. The meat is boiled first until tender
  2. Clean all vegetables and cut - cut to size 1X1cm
  3. Smooth flavor
  4. Then the meat is cut - cut into cubes while they will be in the boiling pan
  5. Saute all the spices until fragrant and then insert it into the sauce, which was
    contain vegetable
  6. Insert the meat and cook until cooked vegetables
  7. Serve sour - sour meat they will be in the closed stale (stale vegetables)

Bahan:

  • Daging Sapi 150 gram
  • Wortel 1 buah
  • Buncis 4 buah
  • Air secukupnya

Bumbu :

  • Cabe Merah 2 buah
  • Cabe Hijau 2 buah
  • Cabe Rawit 4 buah
  • Bawang Merah 4 butir
  • Bawang Putih 2 siung
  • Gula
  • Daun Salam
  • Daun Jeruk
  • Sereh
  • Lengkuas
  • Jahe
  • Kunyit
  • Garam

Cara Memasak :
  1. Daging direbus dahulu sampai lunak
  2. Bersihkan semua sayuran lalu potong - potong dengan ukuran 1X1cm
  3. Menghaluskan bumbu
  4. Kemudian daging dipotong - potong dadu sambil merebus air tsb didalam panci
  5. Tumis semua bumbu sampai harum lalu masukkan ke dalam kuah tsb yang sudah berisi sayuran
  6. Masukkan daging dan sayuran masak sampai matang
  7. Hidangkan asem - asem daging tsb di dalam basi tertutup ( basi sayur )
